PeakPath is designed to collect as little information as practical. When an affiliate call-to-action is clicked, the site may record the product identifier, CTA label, page path, timestamp, referring source, and campaign/UTM parameters when available.

The default affiliate-click event does not intentionally store names, email addresses, payment details, full IP addresses, or account credentials. Product purchases are completed on third-party merchant websites and are subject to those merchants' privacy practices.

If analytics, newsletters, advertising tools, or additional integrations are enabled later, this policy should be updated before those tools are deployed.
